PagerDuty Toolkit

Arcade's PagerDuty toolkit lets LLMs interact with PagerDuty to read and manage incidents, on-call schedules, teams, services, and escalation policies via the PagerDuty API.

Capabilities

  • Incident management — retrieve individual incidents by ID, list incidents with filters (status, urgency, service, team, time range), update incident status (acknowledge, resolve, reopen), and reassign incidents to specific users.
  • On-call & scheduling — list on-call entries with optional filters, list and inspect schedules, and browse escalation policies individually or in bulk.
  • Teams, services & users — list and get teams (including members and linked resources), list and get services (with name search), list/get/search users by name or email with fuzzy matching, and retrieve the authenticated user's own profile.
  • Activity & audit — list account-wide log entries (activity feed) covering incident triggers, acknowledgments, escalations, and resolutions.

OAuth

This toolkit uses OAuth 2.0 via the PagerDuty auth provider. See the Arcade PagerDuty auth provider docs for setup details, required scopes, and configuration steps.
