Stripe

The Stripe toolkit for Arcade connects LLM agents to the Stripe API, enabling programmatic management of products, pricing, customers, invoices, payments, and billing flows.

Capabilities

• Product & Pricing management — create and list products and prices, including auto-creating products when needed during price setup.
• Customer management — create customers and retrieve paginated customer lists.
• Invoice lifecycle — create invoices, add line items, finalize invoices, and list existing invoices.
• Payments & Refunds — list payment intents, issue refunds against a payment intent, and retrieve the current account balance.
• Payment Links & Billing Portal — generate shareable payment links and create customer billing portal sessions for self-service subscription management.

Secrets

STRIPE_SECRET_KEY — A Stripe secret API key used to authenticate all requests. Obtain it from the Stripe Dashboard under Developers → API keys. Use a restricted key scoped to only the resources your agent needs (customers, invoices, payment intents, products, prices, billing portal, etc.) rather than a full secret key where possible. Live-mode keys begin with sk_live_; test-mode keys begin with sk_test_. Never expose this key client-side.
